Time: Completed within 2 weeks of engagement.

Advisory Day (Pkg00+)

What it is: A focused working session on a specific commercial challenge, positioning, pipeline design, team structure, or go to market planning.

 

Who it is for: Businesses that need strategic input on a defined problem but are not ready for a full sprint.

Foundation Sprint (Pkg01)

What it is: A 6–8 week engagement that builds the missing commercial infrastructure, ICP definition, value proposition, messaging framework, pipeline mechanics, and measurement system.

 

Who it is for: Businesses scoring below 60% on the Growth Diagnostic with gaps in foundational commercial strategy.

Positioning Sprint (Pkg02)

What it is: A focused sprint on market positioning, competitive differentiation, and commercial messaging. Includes comprehension testing, win rate analysis, and sales cycle benchmarking.

 

Who it is for: Businesses with solid infrastructure but weak or undifferentiated positioning in their market.

Revenue Engine Build (Pkg03)

What it is: A comprehensive build of the full revenue engine, positioning, pipeline, content system, outbound mechanics, and commercial reporting. The most complete single engagement.

 

Who it is for: Businesses that need the entire commercial system built from first principles.

Embedded Growth Partner (Pkg04)

What it is: Formation operates as a retained commercial function embedded in your business. Includes quarterly scorecard reviews, continuous strategy refinement, content governance, and pipeline management.

 

Who it is for: Businesses that have completed a sprint engagement and want ongoing strategic commercial capability without building a full internal team.
