My Journey
I started my career in house as a marketer and then went agency side. I literally have LOVED every minute of my career and worked with the most incredible mentors – so many to name but I still am close to them now. Something in me knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur – and I chose to go freelancer eight years ago to see how that all panned out (I’m never one to plan things too much).
Because of the amazing network I had grown during my corporate days, Formation grew really quickly and I soon found my passion was bringing other specialist freelancers on board to offer our clients the best services across multiple different marketing disciplines My role changed quite quickly to ‘running a business’ which was a baptism by fire but I enjoyed it (in the most part)! These days I've built a comprehensive ecosystem of different businesses designed to empower founders and business leaders at every stage of their growth journey.
